Black holes have advanced to the forefront of current research in various disciplines besides the obvious ones such as general relativity, string theory cosmology, quantum gravity and also condensed matter physics devote a significant fraction of their resources to the study of black holes. We would like to explore how a better understanding of the modified gravity, responsible for the new black holes solution which can indicate the new properties beyond general relativity. The thermodynamic properties of the black hole have changed in the presence of modified gravity. Next we consider the cosmological constant as thermodynamics pressure and study the van der Walls like phase transition of the black holes. We show that the number, type and place of phase transition may be significantly affected by the different parameter.
