Abstract: This presentation will explore my journey and contributions in biomedical and translationalresearch, encompassing diverse projects ranging from cancer molecular biology to tissueengineering, understanding disease mechanisms, developing therapeutic interventions andadvancing clinical applications. Topics covered will include the evaluation of cancer-associatedgene expression in thyroid carcinomas, the elucidation of molecular mechanisms underlyingdisease progression, and the development of innovative approaches for clinical interventions.Furthermore, insights into tissue engineering endeavors, such as the exploration ofbioengineered corneal grafts and the investigation of endothelial-to-mesenchymal transitionin diabetic cardiomyopathy, will be discussed. Additionally, I will highlight my expertise incancer cell culture, in vitro and in vivo experiments, and molecular analysis techniques.Through this discussion, I aim to demonstrate my multidisciplinary skill set and thetranslational potential of my research endeavors.\n
