Abstract: Protein-protein interactions are critical for most of the cellular functions. Mass spectrometry-based proteomics play a central role in discovering and studying those interactions along with their structural dynamics, on a proteome-scale. In my talk, I will introduce some of the critical challenges in the field and demonstrate how our novel approaches could successfully address them. I will further discuss the applications of our algorithms in discovering proteome-wide functional phosphorylation events that could regulate specific protein-protein interactions. Additionally, I will describe my future research plans for discovering and understanding key players in vital biological pathways using an interdisciplinary proteomics approach.\n\nMeeting ID: 971 9170 7994\nPasscode: 821020\n\n
