Research Interests
My research interest is in understanding the physics of strongly interacting and disordered electron systems with the help of minimal lattice models. My recent work is focused on understanding Skyrmion formation in magnetic insulators and metals. Other topics that find my current interest are: unconventional superconducting order, partial Kondo screening, anomalous quantum Hall effect and topological phases. I make extensive use of computational methods for my research work, and therefore I maintain a keen interest in development of new computational methods relevant to my research work.
