Guidelines
Seating of accompanying persons:
- Accompanying persons of medal and certificate winners will be seated in the front rows of the auditorium.
- Accompanying persons (at the most two for each graduating student) for PhD and MS-PhD students to be seated in the auditorium.
- Two accompanying persons each for BIO Major and MS students getting degrees in the first slot, will be seated in LH1 and LH4.
- Two accompanying persons for MTH, PHY and CHM major and MS, BS students getting degrees in the 2nd slot, will be seated in LH1 and LH3.
- Passes with different colors will be issued to make identification easier.
- No movement in or out of the auditorium during the convocation program and subsequent events (except during Tea).
