We are pleased to inform you all that 1 Week Yoga Shat Karma Camp is going to start at IISER Mohali. Shat karma is a Yoga practice that involves internal body purification. We will practise a few aspects of Shat Karma over the 1 Week programme, including Jala Neti, Rubber Neti, Kunjal, Kapalbharti, and Trataka.
