RSC-Salters' Chemsitry Camp at IISER Mohali, 25 - 27 July 2016

The Camps run for 3 days and 2 nights with students experiencing...

We are looking for teachers with...

A degree in the chemical sciences or an equivalent qualification
Evidence of working with schools and teachers, ideally with a teaching qualification
Demonstrated enthusiasm for science education in general and chemical science in particular
Open to learning and implementing new teaching methods and using new technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Punjabi
Good laboratory skills and the ability to assist students in the practical chemistry laboratory activities as detailed in the project resource

We expect teachers to...

Supervise the students throughout the Camp, also staying overnight with students in Hostel accommodation
Assist the University staff with delivery of the Camps day and evening activities
Agree to one/half day basic training before the Camp i.e. on 24th July 2016
